Kato Korakiana is a very sought after friendly village on the east coast of Corfu. With a beautiful mountain range and many fantastic beaches. This apartment is in a prime location for families wanting entertainment or for those of you seeking tranquility. Just a ten minute walk to the beach and a variety of bars and tavernas or alternatively just a stones throw away from a family run bar and restaurant where you may also enjoy the use of their pool. This is 'a real' something for everyone" environment. Local facilities include: bike and car hire, water sports, horse riding, traditional Greek dancing.

We will try to accommodate and be as flexible as possible.

Accessibility
This is a first floor apartment and as so has steps leading to the front door.
Coast/Beach
Within 15 minutes easy walking distance of two beaches. Both very popular. Sandy and shingle. Many, many beaches along the fantastic coastline.
Golf
Golf course is 30 mins drive away.
Special interest holidays
In spring and autumn the island is ideal for walkers and cyclists who enjoy the comfortable climate and wonderful scenery. Bicycle hire and horse riding is available locally.
Corfu is famous for its Easter celebrations which are celebrated in both the local villages and the main town of Corfu.
Travel
30 minute drive from main airport in Corfu and 20 minutes from ferry port.
Distances
5 minutes walk to small village of Kato Korakiana. Dasia and Ipsos both 15/20 minutes walk. Aqualand water park and the beautiful old town of Corfu are both a 20 minute drive away.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is to be paid to secure a booking, the remainder to be settled 6 weeks prior to arrival if paying by cheque or on the day of arrival if paying cash. Euros or Sterling accepted.
Colin and June Gardner stayed 10 days in June 2009. 'The apartment was beautifully clean and very relaxing. We did as little or as much as we liked and will be returning in 2010.'
